**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity to work within our growing Mission Systems business area as a Planning Specialist. You will be the focal point for the IPT to ensure that the needs of the project are met whilst maintaining high standards of project controls.

**What you will do as a Project Controls Lead**:

- Support Risk Managers to identify contract risks
- Support the analysis of clients requirements during the bidding phase
- Support the evaluation of the contract requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibility
- Define of the High Level schedule based on contractual milestone
- Support the definition of the High Level budget based on contractual requirements
- Support the advance provision activities to start purchasing processes in advance of the contract effective date (if needed)
- Support the creation of the Project/Program WBS
- Participate to the first project meeting to start the activities
- Support the definition of the WBS structure, OBS and identification of the SoW to engage functions
- Support the definition of the revenues plan and perform the creation into the company tool
- Perform deep analysis of contractual requirements
- Define the Integrated Project Schedule, ensuring plan consistency and the correct allocation of resources.
- Define the time-phased (cost planning) resources/material allocation and associated costs

**What we need from you**:

- Advanced MS Excel
