As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be working within the recruitment team supporting projects based around attraction. This position plays a pivotal supporting role in building and delivering the recruitment attraction strategy through the management of social media, employer brand content, careers site and recruitment campaigns.

- Experience of working on multiple projects at one time
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills, especially with MS Office
- Strong creative flair
- Experience using various Social Media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Knowledge of recruitment/talent market
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
