The Role of an HR Administrator
Our client has the opportunity for an HR administrator with a strong Environmental Health and Safety background to join their team. The HR administrator will work alongside the Environmental, Health and Safety team and will support with general EHS activities.
**Responsibilities of the HR Administrator**: - Manage the incident investigations and ensure actions have been closed, recorded and signed off
- Developing and deliver the relevant EHS information and training
- Coordinate internal audits / inspections
- Reviewing data/data entry
- Promote safe behaviours and influence a positive safety culture
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Experience with document control and management systems
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills for all Microsoft office packages.
- Experience and knowledge of working within the EHS field
- Desirable - Will hold or currently working towards an Environmental Health and Safety qualification: - NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, IEMA Certificate, NEBOSH National General Certificate, IOSH, British Safety Council or equivalent

The Package
- Hourly pay rate £13.33 per hour.
- Working hours Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm (with a 30-minute lunch break).
