We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join an existing team who are responsible for bespoke client design projects. This is a permanent role, with great long termcareer prospects to be more hands on managing the full projects and working with suppliers and contractors.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
This team deal with all bespoke and unique client request in relation to marketing, point of sale, and retail solutions
You will initially work on supporting admin in the team while you build your knowledge and understanding to be able to become more hands on with the full project
Supporting the team to work with preferred external supply chain to produce clear specification and instructions
Ensure each order placed is delivered on time and within budgets
Coordinating requests for quotes and orders in accordance with SLA's
Supporting the negotiation with suppliers to achieve best value
Provide an effective and efficient Client Services function to internal and external stakeholders
Provide accurate data stock management and stock forecasting reports
Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of customer benefits
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product categories
What skills and experience do you need as Administrator?
Previous admin experience
Desire to start a career in a creative, design and production environment
Strong analytical skills
Previous experience using MIS systems, tools and calculators
Commercial awareness
High attention to detail
Able to build workbooks from the ground
Purchasing and production job management
Flexible approach to work
