An exciting role is available in our fast-paced team supporting our Children with Special Educational Needs Support Service (SENSS).
This role supports base advisory teachers and teaching assistants to deliver statutory responsibilities in relation to support and provision for, children in your community with special educational needs.
We are looking for people that are organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with parents, schools and professionals and will strive to provide efficient and first-class customer service.
**About the Role**
Team Support Assistant, 18.5 Hours, supporting the SEN Support Service based in the Lord Williams School & St. Andrews School Resource Bases & Ron Groves House, Kidlington.
This role will involve travel to be able to attend a resource base or the team office once a week.
Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be:
- Communication with parents, schools and professionals relating to a variety of educational and administrative tasks
- Processing and supporting Annual Reviews in relation to Education, Health and Care Plans
- Processing referrals for Special Educational Needs Support Services,
- Uploading information in our database
- E-procurement
- Archiving and electronic filing
- Supporting our SENSS Base Lead Teachers and Teaching Assistants
