This position also offers opportunities for mentoring junior stylists and engaging with clients to enhance their experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Assist with front desk duties, including booking appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth salon operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in barbering and hair design.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Experience in upselling products and services is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to stay updated on trends and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,838.87 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
