County Foods, a successful supplier of meat products, delicatessen and dry goods to the catering industry, are currently recruiting an **Experienced Butcher** to work within our busy night shift team.

As an experienced Butcher you will prepare fresh and frozen meats to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade. Reporting to either a Shift Supervisor or Manager, you will work on a butcher’s block, as part of a team of production personnel.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:will have previous experience as a Butcher. You will be both talented and enthusiastic about butchery and ideally have previously worked in fresh meat production for catering establishments. We are looking for people who are both; ambitious and prepared to go the extra mile in order to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

**WORKING HOURS**: 5 nights per week, worked Sunday to Friday, with 1 assigned night off midweek. 10pm till 7am (total of 60 minutes unpaid break each night).

**SALARY**: up to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience. Salary increases in line with training.
