Applications are invited for the post of Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Administrator, within the Scheduling and Projects team in the Faculty Office within the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

You will be responsible for the administration of the student timetable and project activities for Teaching, Learning and Students to support the delivery of an efficient and effective service to staff and students.

You will undertake administration functions in relation to the student timetables across the faculty in line with agreed activity deadlines. You will be required to provide ongoing timetabling administrative support throughout the academic year including change requests and resolution of issues arising.

You will be required to provide administrative support for Teaching, Learning and Student projects across the year.

Anyone wishing to work in a challenging environment, dealing with large amounts of data and solving complex problems is encouraged to apply. Experience of working with timetabling software (Syllabus +) would be advantageous but not essential.
