Adapt (UK) Training Services Ltd are a leading Construction, Fork Lift Truck and Health & Safety Training company, based in Knowsley, Liverpool. Full training and support is provided by our highly skilled and experienced work force.

Once fully qualified you will be required to deliver a range of training courses to wide range of delegates within the Warehouse & Logistics & Construction industries. Duties to include but not limited to the below:

- Deliver accredited and in-house Health and Safety Training
- Complete and mark assessments
- Deliver training courses at our state of the art training centre or travel as required to provide training to individuals, groups and companies; or train and develop within a single location
- Communicate with management to provide reports on required training and training progress
- Work independently or direct a multidisciplinary team of individuals

**Essential skills for the role**:
We do value some essential skills for the role of a Mechanical Handling Equipment instructor at Adapt:

- Full driving licence
- Current Operator tickets for FLT or Construction Plant (Telehandler, Excavator, Dumper, Ride on Roller etc )etc as a minimum - Instructor qualifications would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a varied audience in a clear and accurate manner
- Competent use of IT, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Level 2 standard in English and Maths
- Self motivation
- Ability to travel (using company vehicle) beyond Merseyside
- Embraces diversity and shows dignity and respect for all

If successful and once trained there will be a requirement to work away for 1 week a month on average. Expenses, hotel and overnight allowances will be provided.
