**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Organise files and documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Skills**
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry and record keeping.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
