Allstaff Manufacturing Division seek a Materials Planner for our prestigious client in Paisley. Working with a Global manufacturer, we seek an individual who can confirm order schedules with customers, input these onto the MRP (Microsoft Dynamics), complete the necessary analysis and feedback to customers. You will formulate production plans and track orders from input to despatch.

The role:

- Receive and verify customer orders, then feedback production plan based on these orders.
- Support schedule and operations planning manager.
- Provide daily production updates, highlighting any potential issues and escalating where necessary.
- Support weekly cyclic checks, working with relevant departments to review any discrepancies.
- Analyse slow moving stock to identify bottlenecks and work with relevant supervisors to resolve.
- Be involved in daily meetings to gain overall knowledge of how departments rely on each other to ensure flow of product and resource utilization.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
