**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly to support ongoing kitchen operations.
- Help with the storage of food items, ensuring proper rotation and labelling.
- Support chefs during service by fetching ingredients and assisting with plating as required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management by reporting stock levels and helping with deliveries.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and hospitality.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning from others.
