Capstone Financial are a partner practice of St. James's Place, we provide a range of financial planning services to our clients and pride ourselves on building long term client relationships based on trust, personal service and high quality support.

Due to continued expansion we are looking for a new member of our Admin team. The role is part of our fantastic processing team who's responsibilities include:

- Prepping presentation packs for our team of financial planners
- Liaising with providers where required
- Case management - carrying out weekly update meetings with our advisers and ensuring that cases are moving through operations effectively
- Produce illustrations for withdrawals of funds
- Liaise with client to ensure documents are signed and on file
- Using our CMS - Salesforce to add case updates / attach relevant docs and keep audit trails for every case

About you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' approach and positive demeanour

You will be a team player, flexible in your approach to assist other teams/colleagues in order to help Capstone to deliver a high level of service to our clients

You will be used to having a busy case load and confident to deal with financial plannners

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (whichever is preferred)

Holidays 25 days standard plus extra days for long service (total of 27 days after 5 years) plus bank holidays.
