What you will be doing:
In this role is, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of requests from customers and solicitors relating to all complex queries and post completion requests which impact the property security or contractual terms of the loan for all Interbay brands.

Your responsibilities will include
- Responsible for the oversight, processing and reporting of all mortgage servicing, securities & complex post contract requests i.e. Transfer of Equity, Part Release of Securities and product switches received from customers, solicitors and other third parties across the InterBay portfolio
- Fulfilment of core servicing activities and customer requests across the InterBay portfolio including inbound and outbound call management for customers and their respective third parties.
- Ensure processing activity across InterBay deliver best in class service
- Ensure processing and approval of requests are in line with documented processes, procedures and mandates
- Prepare business cases (where necessary) and recommendations with rational for business decisions outside of mandate
- Ensure that all requests have robust audit trails and customer and internal teams are aware of status and progress of requests.
- Maintain mandate based on sound judgement and evidence of understanding of core servicing policy and procedures. Provide clear details of decisions made and reason.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for the successful post holder to engage with various key holders such as customers, brokers and internal stakeholders, using their knowledge and influence to make recommendations to support our commercial lending customers.

Could you be the one?:

- Previous experience working in a Completions and Servicing role is essential
- Strong understanding of risk based assessing is required in this role
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders is essential
