Programming & Partnerships Officer

Summary Are you a creative person with a passion for interpreting the stories of our places with others? As the Programming and Partnerships Officer you’ll work closely with the Creative Producer, property teams, communities and partners to deliver creativeprojects, public engagement and participation programmes across our sites.

You’ll have experience in delivering dynamic projects with socially engaged practice at their core. You’ll be a good team worker with good people skills and a collaborative approach. Your strong organisation skills will enable you to work across multipleworkstreams with the ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing As Programming and Partnership Officer you’ll work collaboratively across teams including volunteers, partners and communities to support the delivery of an evolving and dynamic creative programme.

Reporting to the Creative Producer, you’ll help identify new programming and partnership opportunities and put forward ideas to develop audience reach, depth of engagement and grow support.

You’ll coordinate the delivery of specific activities and experiences, monitor and control delegated resources and manage relationships across key contractors and stakeholders. You’ll also keep accurate records and evaluate the impact our programming andpartnerships have on others.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

- Experience of socially engaged practice and delivering projects within the arts, cultural, heritage, natural environment or visitor attraction sectors.
- Experience of hands-on project delivery and supervision of contractors and volunteers.
- Strong organisational skills including setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience of building, maintaining and developing partnership relationships to offer engagement opportunities to audiences of visitors, volunteers and community participants.
- Good communicator with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
