Commissioning Engineer

One of our Midlands based Clients is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to add to their team.
**Salary**: up to £45k + £500p/m Car Allowance after 3months + overtime
To review technical documents, drawings and oversee software functional tests for systems in line with project requirements
To ensure systems are correctly tested and quality checked prior to shipping
To work with and commission bespoke software as required by issued standards and specifications or in-line with client requirements
To manage the continuous improvement and deployment of software standards relating to automation and robotics within the company
To take part in company training when required in order to further improve on current skills
To carryout all reasonable requests related to your profession from Client's management when required
To travel to/ from site within the UK where time onsite is to be during the working day where some overnight stays are possible but are to be kept to a minimum in line with our agreement
To ensure all employees are treated equally and to ensure that no offense is caused to others
To follow health and safety policy both within the workshop and on site working on behalf of the Client
To interact with Client's customers in a polite and professional manor at all times
Key skills requirements:
Siemens TIA at a good level
Allen Bradley Studio at a good level
VFD inverter setup and motor control understanding
HMI modification experience at a good level (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
Electrical engineering experience and qualifications
