**The Role**:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Corporate Solicitor** to join their reputable law firm. As a **Corporate Solicitor**, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to businesses and organizations on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, and corporategovernance.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Advising clients on corporate transactions and structures
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts
- Advising on company law and governance matters
- Handling due diligence and regulatory compliance
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team

**Skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Strong experience in corporate law, particularly M&A and corporate finance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong team player, able to work well under pressure
