Heels & Brogues Group are working with one of our top clients to expand the Insurance Broker team in Flint, North Wales.

**Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (no weekends or bank holidays)**

**Job Title**: Sales Agent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year (Depending on experience)

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

You will receive full training that will prepare you to provide quotations over the phone and close sales.

Initially joining as part of a team of Insurance Sales Agents we will develop your skills and future career with us based on your personal strengths.

**Responsibilities**

**Inbound Inquiry Handling**:

- Respond promptly to inquiries, offering accurate information about motorhome and taxi insurance products.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Customer Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand unique insurance requirements.
- Tailor product recommendations based on individual customer profiles.

**Quoting and Proposal**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate insurance quotes for both inbound and outbound customers.
- Present compelling proposals outlining coverage options and benefits.

**Follow-up and Closing**:

- Follow up with leads to provide additional information and guide them through the insurance purchasing process.

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
