We are hiring Customer Success Executives.This is a permanent position

- About the RoleWhat you’ll be doing:
- Be knowledgeable on all products offered, and team up with co-workers to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide online, interactive software demos to assist with onboarding customers
- Work with the Sales team to configure new accounts with client data and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Work with our Customer Success and Tech teams to help resolve any issues
- Work closely with our Customer Success to ensure any necessary tasks are completed
- Check in with existing clients using our Customer Journey at predetermined milestones, ensure they don’t have any problems and identify opportunities to up-sell new products.What You Will Need
