**Job Title: Shift Spervisor**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a spirited mission led team? Sqew is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Full-Time Server.

**Responsibilities**:

- lead pre shift talks with your team
- Manage shift handovers with other supervisors
- Be responsible in leading your team in creating a great customer experience
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, serving stations and kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Support in opening and closing of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality is a requirement to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Shawarma or Levantine cuisine is a plus but not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
