My client is looking for a dynamic individual who will help identify and minimise risk and impact by using and promoting Major Incident and Problem management in line with an ITIL framework.
This role also encompasses the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) of the Service Management function with responsibility to identify areas of improvement and drive adoption of new process and technology to deliver user experience and efficiency within thedepartment.
**Location**: Surrey
**Salary**: up to 70k + benefits
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Operating and maintaining the Major Incident Management, Problem Management and CSI processes
- Oversees the completion of the Post Incident Review for all high severity, critically impactful incidents
- Gather data and generate reports within ITSM tool to provide trending of major incidents, proactive problem management and CSI opportunities
- Spearheading Problem investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions following Major Incident resolution
**Ideally, you'll have**:
- Extensive experience across Major Incident and Problem Management, as well as Continual Service Improvement
- Ability to drive the resolution of major issues with internal and external teams to drive Major incidents and problems to resolution
- Ability to prioritize multiple high priority issues at any given time without sacrificing SLA commitments
- Ability to foster internal relationships in order to organise incident and problem resolution efforts as quickly and smoothly as possible.
