**Manufacturing Operative Required in Avonmouth, Bristol.**

You will be making, repairing and moving pallets in the yard. Working with power tools and carpentry tools to produce a quality product. Experience using a nail gun would be an advantage as this will be the main tool you use. The work is always outside inthe yard, you will be given a set work bench and tools to complete your job. The business offers ongoing training and career progression. This is a full time, permanent position.

You will be working for a business who specialise in making and repairing wooden pallets to be used by well-known companies. The business is expanding and currently have two vacancies to join the team. Some of the team have been with the company over 20years, this could easily be a job for life.

Hours & Pay:
Working Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16:00 with an hour break.
Paid weekly every Wednesday and you will accrue holiday pay.
Once your probation term is completed you will be given a bonus scheme, the more pallets you repair the more you earn.
You will be given access to our online system to complete timesheets, update your availability or book holiday.
We also offer a contributory pension scheme.

Requirements for this role:
Previous yard work or wood working experience.
Nail gun experience would be an advantage but not essential.
A good understanding of health and safety.
A forklift licence would be an advantage but it is not essential.
