**Graduate Academy Opportunity - Investment Operations Administrator - Cheltenham**

**Main responsibilities**
- Updating client details for Investment Operations Team
- Facilitate client instructions for the Investment Operations Team
- Maintain the investment operations systems and keep Financial Planners updated throughout the processing of business in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- The Onboarding and Offboarding of clients including updating CRM, informing providers, adding, or removing fees
- Support with MIFID statements as required
- Continuously review own and team’s workflows and processes and offer support to other colleagues where appropriate
- In coordination with other members of the team, ensure that all housekeeping is maintained up to date to enable the smooth and efficient running of the department.
- Liaise with all Attivo client facing team to ensure best client outcomes.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6) or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Educated to degree level
- Financial Services experience is beneficial
- Industry exams are beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

**Salary and benefits**
£25,000 rising to £30,000 upon completion of your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. We provide fully funded study support to help you obtain the relevant qualifications for this role.
