Language skills are desirable as connecting people in diverse communities will be a part of this role. The role may involve attending activity groups for people with lived experience of dementia, raising awareness of dementia services in Herefordshire and speaking to a wide range of people from diverse communities. Hours can very between 1 and 10 hours per month.
