**Role Purpose**:
The Digital Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies for our digital products and support services. Working closely with the product development team and wider stakeholders to identify and profile target audiences, develop messaging, and create campaigns that increase awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

**Experience and Skills**:

- **1.** **Strategic thinking**:must have a strategic mindset to help shape effective strategies for each product. This includes anticipating changes in the market and adjusting strategies accordingly.

**2.** **Analytical skills**:must have the ability to undertake detailed market/sector analysis; understanding where products and services best fit and using intelligence gained to inform the strategy and marketing activities.

**3.** **Interpersonal skills**:must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders**.**

**4. Communication skills**:excellent communication skills are crucial. Must be able to communicate complex marketing insights and data to colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead a high impact, results driven marketing function, ensuring the right levels of resource and skills are maintained as the business grows.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our digital products that align with business goals and objectives, focussed on a blend of digital and non-digital lead generation.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product is positioned correctly in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of all product-related content, including video, graphic design, photography, and copy.
- Work closely with our PR & media agency, Marketing Coordinator, Creative Team, and Sector Specialists to ensure marketing efforts are appropriately focussed to achieve exceptional growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to our marketing strategies and tactics.

Represent STC Insiso and the digital products team at relevant events and trade shows.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
