**Entertainers** are looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to join their Accounts team in Canvey Island, Essex. It is essential that this person has solid administration experience along with proven organisational skills.

With impeccable attention to detail, the ability to manage his or her own time and a highly organised approach, the successful applicant will be a natural multi-tasker.

In the position of Admin / Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include, checking invoices and entering them into our in-house system for payment, filing and providing general administrative support. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the Accounts department, this is an expansive position in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.

**The Role**

*Actively update the Business databases seeking regular updates from internal and external sources.

*Perform administrative duties as required by the Accounts Manager in support of the teams’ operations.

*Monitor team inboxes and respond to customers and venues as appropriate. Answer the phone and direct queries as necessary.

*Effectively manage own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

*To work flexibly and carry out additional roles within the business as may be agreed from time to time.

*Manage all administration via our CRM system and ensure that all invocies and payments are logged and up to date.

*Filing and other general office tasks.

*Ad-hoc tasks as required by the directors and Accounts Manager.

**The Person**

*Be highly organised, with great attention to detail.

*Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task.

*Used to working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

*Solid experience of dealing with a high volume of data.

*Experience in all Microsoft packages.
