**The Company**:
A fantastic opportunity for a**Senior Womenswear Designer** to join an established fast fashion online business.
**The Role**
- Researching, developing and designing across multi-product category, including identifying key shapes for the season, and creation concept proposals.
- Reacting to sales information and liaising with merchandising to update and develop our core product.
- Sourcing new fabrications, techniques and trimmings, expert understanding of stretch fabric and experience across woven's.
- Tracking sample development, updating trackers and other teams of collection timelines weekly.
- Working closely with in-house Buying and Merch teams - collaborating to create fresh product, each season.
- Working with the sample team on fits on a daily basis, identifying and problem-solving issues, communicating in a clear and concise manner with factories to ensure designs are developed according to spec & comments.
- Building relations with suppliers and advising factories on direction, silhouette, construction, key details, fabrics, trimmings and artworks.
- Tech Packing Multi Product, Peer reviewing tech packs.
**Skills Required**:
- Has previous 3+ years’ experience designing multi-product in a similar brand
- Expert knowledge of cut and construction
- Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the customer
- Expert in adobe creative suite (photoshop / illustrator)
- Is Willing to travel internationally for sourcing and product development trips
- Is highly skilled in design for stretch fabric
- Is organised and a self-starter who will take initiative
- Thrives under pressure
