- **Salary** - £38000 - £45000 depending on experience.
- **Location **- Head office in London, SW19. 85% of our jobs are within the M25, but our coverage is expanding.
- **Hours** - 8am - 4pm. Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekends available if that’s what you want to sign up for.

Our expectations:
- Full UK Drivers Licence (Essential)
- At least 3 years’ experience working with Fire Doors or Fire stopping.
- A strong background in carpentry and joinery preferred ( NVQ Level 2 - Carpentry or Joinery preferred.)
- You’ll need the right to work in the UK and undergo an Enhanced DBS check

- Our Head of Passive Operations joined a year ago. He wasn’t the Head of the team then (as we didn’t have one), just a referral and substitute from an outgoing employee who wanted to see the UK through his work, rather than be settled. After lockdown, could you blame him? That employee left on good terms and referred us a focused, goal driven individual who was always striving to improve and, most importantly, cared about the team he joined. Through his own diligence, leadership and client facing skills, he rose through our ranks to oversee the team.
- Our most recent addition to his Passive team was also a referral. With experience as a Fire Stopping Engineer, our ‘rookie’ has shown grit, dedication and ambition that have been quickly recognised. In the 5 months with us, he’s being empowered with further training - SMSTS, BRE Certifications - and will soon see himself promoted to Lead Engineer. He showed us his potential and we’re helping him realise it through development and qualifications.
The point - and running theme here - is that so far we’ve relied on referrals to grow our team, but our culture has encouraged those who joined us to flourish, refer others to us or go on to better things as we’ve given them skills to do so.
