Head of Paraplanning

This Altrincham business needs a role model for their paraplanning team. You'll join an existing team of five paraplanners who support twelve advisers. This team has members with varying degrees of experience and you'll be the one they come to with technicalquestions.
You'll be the most senior person on the team. You'll pass on your knowledge and get as much enjoyment from supporting others as nailing that complex report.
This is a business that trusts its staff so hybrid working is on offer. It also values its staff. And one way it shows this is through the package they offer, for this role paying to £50,000 as well as a bonus, pension and DIS.
They'd love to recruit a Chartered paraplanner. But if you have at least one AF paper and want to be level 6 then they'd love to hear from you too. And given your status on the team you'll need a reasonable amount of paraplanning experience.
