**Hours**: 45 hours per week

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate a gang or small team of operatives on site
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage day-to-day site activities to meet project deadlines and quality targets
- Conduct on-site briefings and ensure adherence to method statements and risk assessments
- Liaise with project management and site engineers regarding progress and issues
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure work is completed to specification

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a **Supervisor or Ganger role**, ideally within the civil engineering or utilities sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain high safety standards

**Certifications / Training**
- **SMSTS** (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - _Essential_
- **CAT & Genny** (Cable Avoidance) - _Essential_
- **First Aid** - _Desirable_
- **Temporary Works** - _Desirable_

Pay: £230.00 per day
