**What is required**:

- Experience engaging with policy and strategy to ensure business systems, workflows and processes contribute to target operating Models
- Experience of working across multiple Programmes/Projects identifying dependencies, ensuring business needs are translated into solutions against identified timelines
- Change Management.
- Develop Method of Evaluation.
- Develop Cases for Change
- Progress Reporting.
- Transformation Delivery
- Planning.
