We are working with a local Industrial Material supplier and they are looking for an Equipment Sales Planning & Administrator to join them on a 13 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). This is to cover initially maternity leave which would include the first monthas a handover period. Salary is: £20k to £22k DOE Hours are: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with 45-minute unpaid lunch. " Following quote acceptance, planning and coordinating activities supporting the Engineering Team Leader " Courtesy follow up calls to ensure customer expectations are met " Following final installation of equipment and services ensure all relevant documentations are sent directly to the customer " Check all sub-contracted services invoices received and ensure costs match agreed purchase order value, if different escalate to office supervisor " Ensuring all associated costs are correct prior to raising invoices " Following job completion, invoicing customers " Resolve and close customer complaints " Other ad-hoc tasks necessary to support the business Personal Spec " Customer focused " Detail orientated " Natural communicator at all levels " Competent and competent with IT packages and systems " 5 GCSE's including English and Maths If you believe this is for you please apply
