We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
**Your role**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for guiding underwriting service solutions for all Commercial Lines products across renewal, new business, and mid-term adjustment customer journeys. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre
- and post-delivery activity, as well as providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the information, they need to focus on risk selection and good underwriting strategies.

**About you**
You will have experience with providing excellent customer service. With good written and verbal communication skills and experience with Excel, you will be computer-literate, with the ability to follow processes, work towards goals, and embrace feedback, as well as excellent time management and attention to detail.
