**here2clean** is an established local cleaning company, looking to recruit a new member of staff to work in a busy, friendly team. Based in Lichfield, but covering a growing local area, you will be required to work in both domestic and commercial environments.

Starting as a Cleaner Team Member, if you wish, you will have the opportunity to show the qualities required to become a Team Supervisor or Senior Supervisor and grow with the business.

You may be required to drive one of the company cars during work hours, so applicants with a driving licence are preferred.

This is a physically demanding job so a fair level of fitness is required. If you actually '**WANT TO WORK**', get on well with people and can demonstrate this then get in touch.

**Job requires 8.00am starts & 5.30pm finishes. (DOES NOT FIT AROUND SCHOOL RUNS)**

**There is NO weekend work, NO night shift work, NO Bank Holiday work.**

**Contract Type**: Positions will be permanent after a short qualifying period.

**Working Days**:Monday to Friday. (possibility of part time split shifts 3 days per week)

**Working Hours**:20 to 35 hours. (includes 8.00am starts & 5.30pm finishes)

**Rate of Pay**:£10.50 - per hour. (travel time between jobs is also paid)

**28 days paid Annual Leave (pro rata), including a week off at Christmas**

**Responsibilities**
- Proficient use of all equipment provided for general cleaning including: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying bins, carpet cleaning of accommodation areas, office space and commercial areas.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard and meet customer needs at all times.
- Health and safety measures are adhered to.
- Ensure equipment is used and maintained correctly.
- Customer requests are addressed promptly and courteously.
- Supplies needed to be replenished weekly from central base.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work efficiently, with good attention to detail.
- To work as a team and use initiative that address customer needs or changes as required.
- To be reliable and responsible.
- Non Smoker
- Have good customer and communication skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Driving positions will require a full clean driving licence.
- Two full references, one from most recent employer.

**Additional Information**
- All cleaning equipment and materials will be provided.
- Branded T shirt to be provided and worn during work hours.
