**The Parakeet in Kentish Town is looking for a welcoming and organized Head Host to join our team.**

The Parakeet is a Public House and Dining Room situated in the heart of Kentish Town. The perfect space to enjoy great local beers and ales alongside a selection of carefully curated wines and spirits. With a focus on local and seasonal produce, the kitchen delivers a woodfired menu of delectable small plates and on Sundays, the best roasts in the city.
** What We’re Looking For**:

- **Warm & Welcoming Personality**: You’ll be the first face our guests see, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. A genuine smile and a positive attitude are a must.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: Whether it’s managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with the kitchen and bar, clear and effective communication is key.
- **Organizational Skills**: The Parakeet’s dining room can get busy, being able to keep everything running smoothly, from managing bookings to maintaining the flow of service, is essential.
- **Attention to Detail**: You’ll have a keen eye for ensuring the dining room looks its best at all times and that every guest receives a seamless experience.
- **Experience in a Similar Role**: Previous experience as a host or in a customer-facing role in a restaurant is a plus, but more importantly, you’ll need to have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
