We have a wonderful ethos at Grove Lodge, creating a safe and open culture for all our team. We have 17 Vets and 26 Nurses including SVN’s and further supported by VCA’s and an Administrative Support team. As a team of encouraging, supportive, and exceptionally knowledgeable individuals we pride ourselves in offering the best care to our clients and their pets.

**More about you**:

- We're looking for someone with great customer service skills, who can show empathy and handle emotional situations. Experience in a customer-facing role, both in person and over the phone, is a plus. You should be passionate about helping people and animals, have solid IT skills, and be able to record data accurately. Attention to detail and being a good team player are important. If you know a bit about the veterinary industry, that's a bonus, but not a must
- This exciting position will require you to work at different sites, therefore a car is essential for this role. You could be asked to cover any one of our seven sites which are situated in Brighton, Portslade, Southwick, Lancing, Broadwater, Tarring and Durrington.

**Work pattern**:

- You will work 40 hours per week over a variety of shifts between 8 am - 7pm, with inclusion in the Saturday morning rota.
