- The Role:

- Putting customers at the forefront of everything you do and achieving sales targets by driving excellent customer service.
- Work as part of the Ulster Stores team by showing a genuine want to help the team achieve its objectives.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the department.
- A champion of high visual standards, consistently contributing to the delivery of in store presentation.
- To communicate effectively with line management, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure that all till point operations are carried out in line with company guidance.
- To comply with Company standards in Health & Safety, Fire and Emergency, thus providing a safe environment for colleagues and customers.

The Skills and experience:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be available to work 16 hours Monday - Sunday on a rota basis
- Weekend Availability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated, taking ownership for your section of the floor.
- fully flexible

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a similar role

Pay: Up to £11.69 per hour
