Senior Marketing Executive

Due to continued success, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to help raise the profile of our client within key industry sectors across the UK and Europe.

The role will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote multiple solutions at a hugely exciting time in the growth of the business.

The Senior Marketing Executive will interact with team members across the business and build new opportunities across our client engagements therefore communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

**Main duties**

Working with the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:
**Campaign management**
- Develop marketing messages and propositions in-line with new and existing solutions
- Lead the execution and management of key activity across a wide variety of mediums to generate new business leads within our target industries
- Manage social engagement and engagement for all campaigns - working with the Content Manager
- Set up and drive campaigns through our partners to generate demand through their customer base
- Work with sales to track all campaign activity, analyse and summarise results
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to set strategy, KPIs and ensure best practice

**Event management**
- Coordinate the marketing, planning and logistics of trade shows and exhibitions
- Identify and investigate new trade show marketing opportunities based on company priorities and goals
- Assist sales in determining which trade shows are strategically critical, each trade show’s focus, and who should attend the show
- Liaise with the event organisers and suppliers
- Develop event-oriented pre-show promotions
- Create pre-show briefing documents and run pre-show business meetings
- Evaluate and manage current and future booth requirements such as booth size, design, and graphics - working with our Graphic Designers
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of all equipment and merchandise
- Create high-quality sales literature and presentations
- Managing ‘on the day’ event logistics
- Conduct and communicate post-show analysis, including metrics
- assist in developing tracking and measurement tools and processes
- Work with sales to ensure leads are distributed and followed up in a timely manner; monitor leads to close.
- Support and organise the logistics of other marketing events such as potential customer webinars
- Recognise opportunities to sponsor or participate in conference sessions that align with marketing goals

**Digital**
- Supporting the digital team with web content as needed
- Ongoing awareness and research around keywords and organic SEO

**Skills and requirements**
- At least 3 years B2B marketing experience including working directly with a sales team
- Marketing degree preferred
- A real passion for marketing and a desire to build a marketing career
- Event management and copy-writing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong, commercial understanding of campaign and social media tracking
- The ability and confidence to network and build relationships
- The ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, fast growing environment
- Lots of creativity
- A real can-do attitude and someone who gets things done
