**Role** - **Lister / Valuer / Estate Agent**
**Salary** - £25,000 - £50,000 per annum
**Location** - Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire
**An exciting position for an experienced Estate Agency / Lister / Valuer to join a highly regarded, vibrant and award-winning independent company.**
This is an opportunity for an experienced Residential Estate Agent who has a consistent, successful track record within the industry and a high level of experience in winning new business.
You will be responsible for generating valuations, spotting opportunities, winning listings for the right price at the right fee and growing the business.
You will also have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and be able to work independently, autonomously and also as part of a successful team.
**What will you be doing as a Lister / Valuer / Estate Agent?**:

- Visiting/valuing properties
- Building relationships
- Creating opportunities
- Management of your daily diary, setting appointment
- Previous Residential Estate Agency experience
- Proven track record of successful listings
- Desire for career progression
- Excellent customer service skill
- Excellent communication both written and spoken
- Positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence

**Easy transport routes from**; Reading, Wallingford, Maidenhead, Marlow, Didcot, Pangbourne, Twyford and Oxford
