We are looking for customer driven and enthusiastic people to join our team as Customer Service Agents on a permanent basis based on our client site in Plymouth (PL1 1QH).

A fantastic, full training programme is provided, making this a great first step into your career within Financial Services You'll work as part of the Mortgage Services team and will be responsible for assisting customers with queries and general administration of their Mortgage account mainly via telephone.

If you’re the type of person who loves to help others, this could be the role for you. You’ll have experience working in a customer-based environment and be able to develop relationships and rapport with customers.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, covering hours between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

**What will you deliver?
- Providing a superb level of customer service
- Operating effectively within a wider customer experience team
- Discussing features of customers’ Mortgages or Insurance all within the documented processes
- Handling standard queries and specialist enquiries where appropriate
- Identifying vulnerable customers, showing empathy & considering referral to the vulnerable team.
