Liability Claims Handler Responsibilities:

- Managing own caseload of EL/PL claims
- Ensuring targets and SLAs are achieved
- Liaising with insurers, brokers, clients and policy holders
- Ensuring insurance principles are adhered to
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required and directed from the Team Manager including meeting preparation, maintaining spreadsheets and basic system reporting

Liability Claims Handler Requirements:

- Previous Liability (EL/PL) experience is essential
- Strong negotiation skills developed in a claim’s environment
- Strong attention to detail, able to spot problems and provide solutions
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- EL/PL: 1 year (preferred)
