Customer Service Representative/Administrator

Invest People Group are working with local companies and have various day shifts available.

We are looking for a number of Customer Service Representatives/Office Administrators for our various clients based in Sunderland.

We have both full and part time roles available.

We have both permanent/Temp long term roles.

The role involves:

- Empathise with and prioritise customer needs and communicate with all to resolve customer issues.
- Build relationships and liaise every day with the admin team in the station to help get the best outcome for our customers.
- Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Check, update, and input information regarding shipments for Key Account customers.
- Preparing ad-hoc documents using Excel, for use with internal & external customer

You will need to have:

- Good communication skills in order to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to manage own work in order to meet deadlines whilst maintaining performance standards.
- A team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude, hard-working, and willing to learn.
- Experience in office based work or similar environment (preferred)

There are a number of full time/part time shift patterns available; morning, days - Full / Part Time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
