To assist with running searches and audits on the clinical system to ensure patients recalled in a timely manner and that income opportunities are maximised, and excellent patient care is achieved. To provide support with safeguarding administration and send referrals to secondary care when required. Main responsibilities: Carry out searches, audits, and recalls as required by the doctors, nurses, and practice manager. These may be for QoF, recalls, identifying patients eligible for specific services or in conjunction with any research the practice is involved with.
Maintain stock of non-medical supplies and create a stock management system for monitoring this. Process and summarise patient notes. General administration duties, such as photocopying, filing and scanning. Manage NHS mailbox to ensure patients SMS can be sent.
