Become an Urban Jungle site carer, delivery driver, and custodian of a unique range of plants in our gardens at our Norwich and Beccles branches.

**About us**

Urban Jungle is a progressive, expanding, and innovative retail and in-house propagation nursery business with two branches, one in Beccles Suffolk and another just outside Norwich. We are dedicated to offering our customers a unique retail experience and to that end we have extensive gardens showcasing our rare and eclectic plant range.

**About the Role**

Our gardens need to be kept in tip-top condition at both of our 2 acre sites, and our high standards must be reflected in our lawns, hedges and parking areas. Irrigation systems, pumps, polytunnel maintenance are some of the responsibilities that fall within this role. You will need a clean driving licence to deliver to customers and move stock between sites. Care of our vans with regular maintenance checks and cleaning is essential. You will need to be able to drive a forklift, and you'll possess a spraying licence for weed control.

You'll have to enjoy demanding physical work and be practical and adaptable to a wide range of hands-on tasks in all weather conditions. A polite and friendly disposition is essential as you will come into contact with our customers and represent the company when delivering.

A usual week for this position is Monday to Friday but there may be an occasional need for weekend work so you will need to be flexible.
