HCE Group continue to set and raise industry benchmarks for personal customer service and exceptional success rates and we require a HR Assistant to assist in supporting our standards for Enforcement Agents and Administration staff, based at our Head Office in Colwyn Bay.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.

**Salary**: Starting £22,849.13

**Duties and Responsibilities: (May include some or all of the below, depending on experience)**
- Assist with administration of the company’s fleet vehicles
- Assist in managing road traffic incidents.
- Assist managing accident damage and paperwork.
- Updating all vehicle data bases.
- Update Insurance Schedule.
- Update tracker system, vehicle fit/de-fit.
- Vehicle hires and off hires.
- Administer HR related documents, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure our HR database is maintained accurately and complies with current legislation
- Assist with recruitment alongside Supervisors and Managers
- Carry out Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks
- Assist with grievances, disciplinaries, absence reviews and return to work meetings, including note taking when required
- Agents/Enforcement Agents, located around England and Wales
- Any other relevant duties necessary to the needs of the business

**What is required of you**:

- CIPD Level 3 qualification, the equivalent of would be advantageous, or we may consider someone working towards their qualification or have a strong interest in the role and ability to deal with the duties and responsibilities mentioned above
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to work as part of a team or under your own initiative
- Data entry and accurate typing skills
- Confidentiality and privacy
- Be GDPR compliant
- Use of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Previous history in enforcement or debt collection would be advantageous but is not essential
