**Your Challenge**
As an important part of our sales team you will provide professional sales support.
The qualification of leads into business opportunities is one of the most important marketing aspects for B2B - i.e. business to business - companies - on the one hand to be able to participate successfully in-market events and on the other hand to promote growth. However, successfully qualifying leads into business opportunities is a complex process.

**Your area of responsibility**:
- Initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads in opportunities
- Support in building an opportunity pipeline in close coordination with field sales and the responsible campaign manager.
- Manage and create qualified opportunities and follow up on opportunities with the aim of winning orders
- Close interface between marketing and sales when planning and executing international campaigns such as trade-in campaigns.
- Daily support of the X-Rite chat and the hotline for sales inquiries
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Completed commercial training or bachelor’s degree with a focus on business administration or marketing
- Experience in inside sales, ideally in telephone sales of technical devices or software
- Dynamic personality with drive, who is used to working in a self-motivated and goal-oriented manner
- Convincing and open-minded personality with sales flair
- You enjoy working in virtual teams
- Very good knowledge of English any other language skills would be a plus
