**SHIFTS AVAILABLE**

4 on 4 off nights 18:00 - 06:00

4 on 4 off days 06:00 - 18:00

Plan and virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure products are completed on time. Troubleshoot defective equipment/systems and partner with appropriate department for resolution, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Stock administration**
- Maintaining Booking Diary
- Signing up PODs and liaising with drivers
- All aspects of stock control and stock investigation within the business
- Scanning of documentation
- Telephone queries
- Handing out keys, pads and bagging and providing documentation for Drivers.
- Supporting with admin on an ad-hoc basis

**Automation control**
- Recognise automation issue through investigation and problem solving
- Liaise with engineering team to rectify faults
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure consistent flow of work through automation

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.67 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peterborough, PE7 3AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management system: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
