The GIS Consultant / Customer Success Consultant Position:
Your key role is to communicate the benefits of using their technology effectively to customers via marketing campaigns. You will also:
- Increase their customers understanding of ArcGIS via internal and external communication channels
- Have an excellent understanding of ArcGIS, understanding how it can be used to solve customer problems, maintaining your knowledge via their product releases and understanding competitor solutions
- Work with marketing to define the technical content around the benefits of using ArcGIS (creating and delivering presentations, technical demos, blogs and other multi-media messages)
- Support other teams across the business in communicating technical content to customers
About you:
Ideally you will be educated to degree level in GIS, Geography or Computer Science, or have equivalent experience. This would be an great career move if you:
- Have a good knowledge of their technology and the ArcGIS system (essential)
- Are creative and would love the opportunity to be an ArcGIS advocate, articulating how it can benefit businesses and solve their problems
- Have some experience working in the GIS industry (essential)
- Are a confident communicator and presenter, able to present to potential and existing customers
- Are organised, flexible and happy to help out and task on assignments at short notice
- Take pride in your ability to analyse and solve problems
Location: Ideally you will be based near enough to either their Aylesbury or Edinburgh office to work on a hybrid basis.
