We are looking for a **Warehouse** **Team Leader** to be based at our multi-user site in Ollerton, where you’ll be given the opportunity lead your own team from the front and really make a difference.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours** of 4 on 4 off days, 7am to 7pm or 4 on 4 off Nights 7pm to 7am**

We’re looking to offer a salary of **£29,427 days & £32,169 for nights (Inclusive of shift allowance)** per annum and 20 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
- You’ll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
- You’ll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible
- Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, automation and multi-channel
- Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
- Well-versed in warehouse management systems
- Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
