As EMEA Procurement Specialist you will be working closely with Procurement Managers and Source-to-Contract team to support sourcing activities as well as be responsible for your own scope and work with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

In this role you will ensure that the company requirements are fulfilled with the optimum quality, service, and total cost of ownership, which are consistent with the needs of our internal business partners, the opportunities presented by the market, and meet our short and long-term requirements.

Key responsibilities:

- Support Logistics Procurement Managers with category related activities.
- Manage communications between K-C suppliers and our internal business partners to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and maintain expertise on vendor selection, relationships and negotiation.
- Maintain close, co-operative relationships with key business partners, enabling development of relevant, forward focused category strategies.
- Maintain co-operative relationships with across procurement and leverage these relationships to drive value for the EMEA business.
- Provide support to prepare for negotiations and lead own negotiations.
- Ensure that Compliance requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner.
- Data Analyzing.

You have Bachelor’s Degree and experience in procurement or closely related field with multiple function / business exposure.
You like to collaborate and influence cross functional teams with a very good communication and negotiation skills, as well able to problem solving towards a common goal aligned to our Values and Purpose.

You are fluent in Turkish and English.

You are a Self
- oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to link business goals and market trends to make sound procurement decisions.

Analysing market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings linked to business requirements and strategy is motivating to you.
